The OPTIREG™ TLS125D0EJ is a high-accuracy, low-dropout voltage tracking regulator in a small PG-DSO-8 package. Designed for automotive applications, it provides reliable power supply to off-board systems. The TLS125D0EJ features reverse polarity and short circuit protection. With a supply voltage up to 40V and output currents up to 250mA, it accurately tracks a 2.0V reference voltage at the ADJ input.
